Observations:

1. 1. Guest must know that this schedule can be changed according to the group. Always in accordance to the rules and regulations of the Lodge and the availability of transport

2. As all explorers understand we can not guaranty that they will see any specific animal or spot for this depends on the seasons and climatical conditions.

Day 1 -
We meet guests early in the morning at Campo Grande Airport - MT, then we travel by charter plane to the Barra Mansa Lodge. During the trip we will fly over the "Serra de Maracajú", east border of the Pantanal, here we will observe the difference in elevation of the highland when entering the Pantanal. This will give guests the opportunity to understand the composition of the Pantanal's vegetation, it's rich grassland's with well-defined copses, baías, tributaries, palm groves and large strips of jungle that contour the baías and salt-lakes (later on observed as part the Toyota Safaris). After checking into the lodge and having a typical Brazilian lunch, we will take a walk around the property where various baías are seen.

Day 2 - An early start to take advantage of the cool morning. Breakfast will be served in the lodge before departing everyday, with a great variety of breads, fresh fruits and juices. This morning, guests will be taken down river on an electric motorboat in search of local wild life. It is a great opportunity to spot aquatic birds, alligators, capybaras, tapirs, otters and others. During the afternoon we set off on board of a Toyota, to visit different habitats and baías and salt-lakes being able to walk around them.

Day 3 - Our day begins with a walk in the forest where guests search for wild life that prefer forestry atmospheres. After lunch we go back to the boat, but this time going up-river and exploring a new area with the possibility of recreational fishing where guests will be able to fish for piranhas, pacús and piraputangas. On the way back to the lodge while night falls, guests will be given a lantern to aid them in the look-out for wild animals and alligators.

Day 4 - This day, guests will be able to observe in greater detail the wonders of the Pantanal forest. We will accomplish this by horse, observing different areas, taking binoculars, reaching places that are not accessible by car. This option allows guests to get down and walk around whenever they like. In the afternoon we will leave by truck, driving while focusing on night animals and birds that live in dry areas.

Day 5 - This is the last day to explore the Pantanal and do a Photo-Safari. Setting of on board of a Toyota, we will to a place where guests can walk and take good pictures of the landscape and the wild life of the area. The exploring trip will end earlier this day so that guests can pack their bags, and after lunch take the charter plane back to Campo Grand - MT.
