At
first site the Amazon is formed by broad extensions of rainforest
uniformly aligned and continuous, intercepted by numerous tributaries.
Few know, that the region is one of the most varied in natural landscapes
and culture. This region has the greatest ethnic diversity and indigenous
languages in the American continent. The scenery composed of rivers
and the rainforest goes through constant change, with the rising
of the river and the flooding of the rainforest in the raining season,
and the formation of riverbank beaches in the dry season.
These are some of the reasons why we have developed an exciting
itinerary to explore this natural wonder.
